Rates and Fees
Peak Season:
Peak season runs from Memorial Day until Labor Day. During this season our rates are $1995* per night, 7 night minimum stay.
Semi Prime Season:
Semi prime season is early fall, winter and late spring. During this season our rates are $1195-$1495* per night, 3 night minimum stay.
Off Season:
Off Season is late fall and early spring. During this season our rates are $1195 per night, 3 night minimum stay.
Additional Fees:
In addition to our nightly rates, the following fees apply:
Cleaning fee $500
Michigan Sales Tax 6%
Refundable Damage Deposit $500 ($59 insurance policy if reserved through VRBO)
VRBO Fee 7-11% fee charged if you reserve through VRBO.
$500 Refundable Damage deposit if reserving outside of VRBO
